Return & Claim Policy

RETURNS GENERAL

RETURN REQUEST WILL ONLY BE HONORED FOR STANDARD STOCK PRODUCTS. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FOR ANY CUSTOM PRODUCTS OR STAINLESS STEEL ITEMS. RETURNED PRODUCT MUST BE IN AS-NEW CONDITION. RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF ORIGINAL INVOICE. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SECURELY PACKAGED TO AVOID DAMAGE DURING RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS.


RETURNS

Return requests must be made within 30 days of date of sale. Returns will be charged a minimum restocking charge of 20%.  Damaged items that we are not able to sell as new will be rejected.


RETURNS FOR STOCKING DISTRIBUTORS

Return requests must be made within 6 months of original invoice.  Returns will be charged a minimum of 20% restock.


CLAIMS

All claims for damages, shortage or errors in shipping must be made within 10 days following delivery to Buyer.


RMA / CLAIM REQUEST

There are two ways to request an RMA:

  1. Call (800) 658-2473 and speak with our customer service.
  2. Email sales@tbirdusa.com.

Once your RMA is approved, you will receive a notifcation via phone or email, depending on your method of use.
